Fundo

Fundo is a web-based fund management platform designed as part of 48 hrs design task for D. E. Shaw. The objective was to simplify how funds are requested, reviewed, allocated, and tracked within a large organization. The platform focuses on creating a common request-tracking system that brings transparency and structure to the fund request process. It enables stakeholders to raise requests through a centralized request center, supports multi-level approvals, and provides visibility into fund usage across departments. To reduce friction and encourage adoption, Fundo integrates with spreadsheets, minimizes manual data entry, and surfaces relevant information at the right moments. The experience is tailored to different stakeholder roles, ensuring users see only the data and actions necessary for their workflow.
